Preparando el auténtico Juane Avispa, Rioja Perú

La señora Alicia Egoavil de Ñique, nos enseña paso a paso como se prepara el exquisito Juane Avispa, propio de la ciudad de Rioja.


En la ciudad de Rioja, se prepara tradicionalmente la receta del auténtico Avispa Juane Riojano, la Sra. Alicia en esta oportunidad nos enseña como se prepara este exquisito plato.

El Avispa Juane esta hecho a base de arroz, gallina criolla y el popular "Mixto", una mezcla de condimientos a base de azafrán, que le da un toque especial al juane, finalmente el aroma y sabor en gran parte se debe a la Hoja de bijao, que sirve para envolver los juanes para su cocción.
